If you haven’t already run across it, the ME Association has an excellent website rich in useful information for sufferers.
There are a number of other national and international organisations dedicated to furthering the cause of decent treatment for ME sufferers:
ME Action is a sufferer-led advocacy group that campaigns for better health and social security services for people with ME. Its local groups are an effective means of connecting with others and supporting its activities.
Action for ME is a UK-based charity providing support and advice and funding for biomedical research.
All three organisations provide telephone support and advice services, with details on their websites.
